SIKSAF 2009 is an international conference 
        co-organized by the Mathematical African Network for the Development, 
        the the Network of West and Central Network OR and the University of 
        Kinshasa. It aims to give researchers, practitioners, developers, 
        consultants and other decision makers, a forum for research in 
        mathematics and sciences dedicated to the development problems in Sub-Saharan 
        Africa. 

        Situated in the heart of Africa on the Equator, Kinshasa offers the 
        perfect setting for sharing experience and knowledge of current and 
        future research and innovations in these areas, as well as in the 
        relationships among them.
